In 2024, a new craft beer brand \"LAY DAY BEER\" was born in Ishikawa, Uruma City, Okinawa. Utilizing over 15 years of experience from the first store \"BAR Gajarum,\" the brewery was established as a new challenge with the love of the region and the support of friends.

At LAY DAY BEER, we offer a wide variety of beers, including classic lagers and IPAs, as well as seasonal and inspired creations. At the adjacent beer stand, you can enjoy fresh beer in the relaxing atmosphere of a traditional house, with options for beer by measure or takeout.

A handcrafted renovation of a traditional Okinawan house

In Ishikawa, Uruma City, Okinawa Prefecture, we renovated a traditional house with the support of the community and opened the LayDay Beer brewery.

In this place filled with the warmth of wood and nostalgic landscapes, we dedicate ourselves every day to crafting delicious beer.

Together with three local childhood friends, we cherish the detailed craftsmanship and the rich local resources that only a small-scale brewery can offer.

Rich tropical aroma with piney notes. Made exclusively with Citra hops and double dry-hopped.

SAISON Saison

Crafted with figs, this Saison offers a delicate balance. Initially, you sense a hint of figs, followed by a clean, dry finish with hop bitterness lingering. A refreshing beer with a smooth drinkability.

Our first-ever beer design, brewed with Pacific Sunrise hops from the Southern Hemisphere. With a base of pilsner malt, this ale has the richness of hops but finishes clean. A premium beer with a solid alcohol content.
